Return/Refund Policy:

All purchases made at Perreign.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Damages:

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@perreign.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Redmond, WA. While placing your order select “local pickup” at checkout. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email with instructions when your order is ready. 

 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

Shipping Policy:

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are shipped via standard USPS and you will receive a tracking number once shipped. If you need expedited shipping please select expedited shipping during checkout. I will send you a confirmation email of notice of expediting and the ETA of delivery.
